Here’s how it works:
All of our items for sale are delivered to your home or jobsite for a fee. You may "will call" or pick up your order
at our off-site pick up yard located in Rocklin, Ca. for free. We do not have a showroom, and are
not open to the public for viewing products.
Our business is online sales, and if you desire an actual photo of the product you will be purchasing, please feel free to ask
and we will gladly send you a current and up to date photo of your order. We can also send a sample piece to you, or our pick-up
yard location, and you may pick that item up there.
How do I buy the items I see on your website?
Simply submit a written request via e-mail, requesting items you are looking to purchase. We will furnish you with a written
quotation, tax included, and delivered to the location you desire. Once you have your price, simply proceed to the homepage at
www.qualitylumberonline.com, click the PayPal link, and enter
the dollar amount quoted to you. You will then receive an email confirmation that your order is paid, and that the process of
receiving your order has begun. We will be in phone contact with you in order to review delivery details and any other important
notes with regard to your order. You will receive your order generally within 3-5 business days, depending on the item. We prefer
you contact us via e-mail, but feel free to call us at 916-834-3337. Our sales staff is available M-F, 8-5, and we do return emails
on weekends as well.
