Returns & Exchanges of Quality Lumber Products
At Quality Lumber Online, our top priority is to provide you with the item you request, and in the condition to which it has been
represented to you via our website. We stand behind all of our products with the intent that they are within the description of our
website and/or as discussed with the end user.
If said products are deemed to be lesser in quality, or below grade from what has previously been represented, we will, at our own
cost, exchange the item, or offer a full refund. Any re-shipping charges will be paid by QLO.
All lumber that is ordered is not returnable under any other circumstances. If an item is ordered in error by the end user, this
item is non-returnable. If an item is being requested to be returned, and it is agreed upon by both parties to offer a refund, the
following costs will be incurred by the end user:
- Restocking Fee: 50% of the original sales price of the item
- Freight Charges: End user will be responsible for any and all freight costs associated with getting lumber products back to QLO
customer pick up yard.
- Credit: All material returned to QLO will be inspected and graded for "its original sales condition". If a product is
returned in less than its original sales condition, there may be no credit available on any or all items returned.
- Lumber returns will be credited back to the end user via PayPal, and will take approx 7-days to complete.
